HTC Prophet, expected as Qtek S200 in Sweden, is a follow-up to HTC Magician (Qtek S100/S110). It has the same neat design, but with a lot of new technology underneath. How about Wi Fi, EDGE, 64 MB RAM, 128 MB ROM, Windows Mobile 5.0 and a 2 megapixel camera - that now has been turned into reality? Something that on the other hand hasn't become real is the FM-radio that eg. msmobiles.com has written abou - a function with the smartphone that certainly would have given for example the O2 Xda Atom a lot of competition. When the HTC Prophet - Qtek S200 - is going to be released in Europe during the beginning of next year, the price is estaminated to between 5000 and 5500 Swedish kronor (that is between $600 and $660 US dollars). And we're waiting. Πιστεύω πάντως πως θα είναι μια πολύ ισορροπημένη συσκευή (wifi, 2MP, WM5...) που μάλλον θα κυκλοφορήσει σε λογική τιμή. Επίσης σίγουρα θα ενδιαφέρει όσους θεωρούν ότι "το μέγεθος μετράει". Τώρα για το gps και μένα με στεναχωρεί που δεν θα έχει αλλά τελικά ποιο τηλέφωνο είναι αυτό που έχει τα πάντα;; Σε όλα πάντα κάτι λείπει! Όντας κάτοχος S100 και διαβάζοντας αυτό, αυτό, αυτό, και αυτό με πιάνει το παράπονο γιατί το δικό μας το S100 να μήν μπορεί να έχει WM5.... Αφού είναι ηλίου φαεινότερο πως η CPU είναι σταθερά Ι-Δ-Ι-Α :( η μνήμη είναι άλλο πακέτο που ..... ξεπερνιέται αφού μπορεί να δεχθεί upgrade ούφ...ξαλάφρωσα. Τι σημαίνει αυτό σε σχέση με το s100 που είχε Intel Bulverde 416MHz;;; Το γράφω αυτό γιατί το msmobiles.com αναφερόμενο σε άλλο κινητό που έχει τον ίδιο επεξεργαστή (OMAP850) λέει ότι είναι πολύ αργός π.χ. για Skype calls. Τεχνικά Χαρακτηριστικά Positive: * Smaller size and weight. * Full-size SD/MMC connector (more memory is available). * Extra buttons under the screen for comfortable control of the OS without a stylus. * Smaller price. * Considerably improved camera. Negative: * No keyboard. * No flash (that is hard to consider a disadvantage, since the one in the Wizard has not coped with its functions). * Two extra loudspeakers are absent, that is why the device sounds lower. * Later on the counters. Cons: * CPU 200 MHz instead of 400 MHz (hard to play video, and work with Skype). * Less RAM. The model will appear on the counters on the joint of the first and the second quarter of 2006.
